SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Delivery will be processed by BPOST, DPD or UPS, depending on your region.
Each shipment has its own tracking number, so that you can consult the status of each shipment at any time of the day. The table gives you an overview of the shipping costs per country:

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
LEMONADE KIDS SHOP reserves the right to invoice an amount equal to an administrative cost for the return and freight costs of all packages that are not picked up within 14 days.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
You have the opportunity to exchange or return your products within 14 days after delivery (except items from the outlet section!!!)
Please inform us by e-mail of your return stating your order number, the article which you wish to return as well as the reason too small, not as expected,…. Do not forget to specify whether you wish to return or exchange the item.
Return the article but please ensure that the products are packaged appropriately. You are not obligated to use the original package. It must also have sufficient postage and be sent along with the invoice.
We will send you the new article, if in stock, or will refund you your purchase. Shipping fees shall not be refunded.
